Bill would notify Nursing Home Residents of Sex Offenders

A local lawmaker says state Democratic leaders are to blame for legislation languishing that would notify nursing home residents when sex offenders moved into their facility.
This follows a Columbus Dispatch analysis that found more than 100 registered sex offenders living, and six employees working, at nursing homes across Ohio.
